Hi, I'm Katt

I am a yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist with over 800 hours of training, specialising in helping people overcome chronic stress and burnout. My approach focuses on using yoga as a tool to support health and well-being by managing stress, fostering mindful awareness, and promoting emotional and mental balance.

I offer gentle yoga classes that are accessible to all levels, along with private yoga sessions tailored to individual needs. Whether you’re seeking to de-stress, improve flexibility, or work on specific goals, private sessions provide personalised support in a one-on-one setting.

In addition, I lead mini-retreats designed to provide a restorative space where you can unwind and rejuvenate, creating the opportunity for deep relaxation and reflection.
