"I love going to Katt’s yoga class. She is so welcoming and the studio feels so relaxing. Her teaching is incredible, she explains perfectly what we need to do and is always so helpful if I am a little unsure.
She is so attuned to us and knows exactly when we need a little help or some equipment. She checks in with everyone’s energy levels at the start and really listens to how people are feeling and adjusts the session accordingly.
The session flows so smoothly and I always come away feeling calm and relaxed. She is a wonderful teacher and I would highly recommend her classes for everyone."

"Katt's yoga classes have really transformed my life. I always come out with a big smile on my face and a sense of calm and inner peace. Katt has a gentle, soothing voice and talks you through not only each movement but different breathing exercises to accompany each movement and meditation techniques to clear your mind. I use and repeat these in everyday life and have a greater sense of well being. When going through the poses, Katt will give little checklists to help make sure you are gaining the most benefit and although I am no expert, I am definitely improving my practice thanks to her careful guidance. I always look forward to class and know I will be full of positivity when I come out. Katt also always uses excellent play lists of music that suit the class and add to the enjoyment. I would highly recommend Katt's classes."

"Katt is an incredible teacher. I’ve struggled for years with burnouts, stress, low energy and an achy body. I knew I needed to somehow work with my body to unlock it and be more in touch with what it needs, but this is very difficult to do alone. My own training in therapeutic bodywork means I understand and fully appreciate what Kat does: she’s brilliant. Her manner is calm and gently supportive.
